This multi-purpose recipe will help you easily create a dish infused with Asian flavors.

What You’ll Need

3 cloves of pureed or minced garlic

2 tbsps of pureed or minced ginger

1/8 cup of rice vinegar (optional)

3/4 cup of soy sauce

1/4 cup of sesame oil

1 tbsp of sesame seeds (optional)


How You Do It

Combine all ingredients into container of choice. Close the container and shake contents to mix the ingredients. Sauce can be used immediately, but allowing the sauce to cool in the fridge for at least an hour will yield more flavor. Leave it in the fridge for the next time you want to use it to add lots of flavor without any extra prep!


What You Can Do With This

Season your favorite stir fry dish just add to your stir fry ingredients during the last stages of preparing the meal

Marinate steak, chicken, salmon, shrimp, tofu, etc allow your meat of choice to rest in the dressing for at least an hour
