Italian Dressing

This multi-purpose recipe is an easy way to dress your salads, marinate your meats, season your veggies, and so much more!


What You’ll Need

3 cloves of minced garlic

3/4 tbsp of red pepper flakes

1/2 tbsp of black pepper

1 tbsp of onion powder

2 tbsp of dried Italian herbs

2 tsp of sea salt

1.5 cups of olive oil

1 cup of white vinegar


How You Do It

Combine minced garlic and dry ingredients into container of choice. Add white vinegar, close container, and shake contents until salt and onion powder have dissolved. Add olive oil, close the container, and shake contents again to mix the ingredients. Dressing can be used immediately, but allowing the dressing to cool in the fridge for at least an hour will yield more flavor.


What You Can Do With This

Dress a salad just drizzle atop your favorite salad

Marinate steak, chicken, salmon, shrimp, tofu, etc allow your meat of choice to rest in the dressing for at least an hour

Season vegetables for roasting, grilling, or sautéing perfect for grilled peppers, roasted tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms, and all of your favorite veggies

Olive oil can be substituted with any oil of your choice
